All coaches are required to complete the Ohio South Risk Safety form.  This form can be found online and filled out by clicking here.  Under the drop down for member league, please select "Union County Independent Soccer League".

It is quick and easy and this covers you and the UCISL under our Risk policy.

InPhoNet:

This is the voice messaging system that delivers important messages to your home phone #. If you are home and have caller ID the ID will say InPhoNet. If you receive the call you will notice a slight delay (DO NOT HANG UP), it will not be your typical telemarketing call. The system will tell you that you are receiving a message from InPhoNet. If you have an answering machine and are not home the system will leave the message on your machine. If you did not receive the message or accidentally erased it you may call InPhoNet directly to re-play the message. Call 1-866-729-8062, when prompted to enter a page number enter 1221, you will then be able to re-play the last message delivered.
